How do I return an item?
At Facepaintingsupplies.ca customers satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an UNUSED item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Original delivery charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be authorized first. To approve a return, please email email@example.com. If a return is not communicated to us within 7 days from the date your package is delivered, a return can not be authorized.
Face Painting Supplies: Returns and exchanges
Here at Face Painting Supplies, we dedicate ourselves to providing our customers with the materials they need. In order to do this, we make sure that our products are made with the best quality and exceed all expectations.
Step 1 – Contact our store to authorize a refund.
If you are not happy with our products for any reason, you can apply for a return or an exchange. In order to do this, you will need to contact our store at firstname.lastname@example.org. From there, one of our employees will speak with you and ask about the product and what you want to do.
If you are applying for a refund, then the receipt and the unopened product must be returned to the store. On the other hand, if you are applying for an exchange, you must visit our store and an employee will help exchange the item for another product.
Step 2 – Bring your receipt and unopened item.
Whether you are applying for a return or exchange, our store requires a receipt as proof of purchase. If you fail to show a receipt, then the product cannot be returned or exchanged. A photo or a soft copy of the receipt is also accepted.
Step 3 – Visit the store and return the item in good condition.
The final step is to go to the store and return the item. Please take note that it must be unopened and in its original condition. If it is damaged or used, the store cannot accept it any more. In terms of the delivery charges, this cannot be refunded because the transaction is with another company.
